GRAPHICAL FOURIER OPERATIONS

Abstract

The graphical, symbolic function method of evaluating the discrete or continuous Fourier spectrum of a function is proved by use of symbolic analysis. After a review of pertinent symbolic function theory, the method is illustrated for several problems including the nonfinite polynomial function case.
