HAPTOGLOBIN TYPE DETERMINATION BY CELLULOSE ACETATE ZONE ELECTROPHORESIS

Abstract

Conditions are presented for the determination of blood haptoglobin type by cellulose acetate zone electrophoresis. The method requires only 10 microliters of plasma or serum and is intended for use in routine screening procedures. (Author)
