Paper Electrophoresis of Serum Proteins of Immature Chimpanzees.

Abstract

Paper electrophoresis of serum proteins of 48 healthy, immature chimpanzees exhibited distinct and constant differences from those of human serum protein electrophoretic distribution. These differences were most evident in the alpha area where three rather than two (as in human by this method) fractions were consistently separated. (Author)
