INTERLAMINAR PROPERTIES OF FIVE PLASTIC LAMINATES

Abstract

Laminates of phenolic and silicone resins reinforced with 181 glass fabric and laminates of an epoxy resin reinforced with 181 glass fabric or with glass filaments in either an unidirectional or a crossply pattern were evaluated for their interlaminar properties. Results of evaluation in tension, compression, and shear in the interlaminar plane are shown for each of the five laminates. (Author-PL).
