MISSILE DETONATION LOCATOR

Abstract

The objective of Project 6.3 was to test the feasibility of a tactical detonation system pres ently under development. The system is de signed to locate ground zero by detection and analysis of the electromagnetic radiation emitted during a nuclear detonation. In addition, it is desired that the system furnish information on yield and height of burst. (Author)
