PROJECT VANGUARD

Abstract

This report is intended as a general summary of the progress on Project Vanguard. Hence, minor phases of the work are not discussed to a great extent, and technical detail is kept at a minimum. It is hoped that the information presented will be of assistance to administrative and liaison personnel in coordinating and planning their activities, and as a guide to the current status of the project.
