Employment of OV-1 (Mohawk) Aircraft in Support of Counter-Insurgency Operations

Abstract

The field tests are being conducted in SVN to support actual counter- insurgency operations as specified by COMUSMAG-V. During the period covered by this report the test unit has been in support of two ARVN Corps. Two Corps has ordered the test unit to provide direct support to the following units in the priority listed: (a) 9th Division, Qui Nhon; (b) 47th Regiment, Tuy Hoa; and (c) Railway Security Agency, II Zone.
