AZIMUTH REFERENCE RESEARCH STUDY

Abstract

Research is reported concerning development of terminal guidance for a ship-launched tactical missile system. The Terminal Guidance Azimuth Reference Research Study investigated the characteristics of linearly polarized radiation to determine its capability for transferring an azimuth reference from a ground transmitter to the incoming missile.
