FLUID SYSTEM APPLICATIONS TO NAVAL EQUIPMENT AREAS

Abstract

This report on the application of fluid amplifiers to naval equipment is divided into two parts. In (1) the examples are discussed in detail and considerable technical data are given. Systems discussed have been analyzed, simulated on analog computers, and, in several cases have been built and tested. The examples in (2) also are discussed. The applications have not been fully analyzed, and, with the exception of a rate switch demonstrator, no hardware was built. (Author)
