INTERIM DISPLAY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR STRATEGIC NAVAL COMMAND-AND-CONTROL SYSTEMS

Abstract

This report presents the results and recommendations resulting from a study which has as its objectives: the overall improvement of visual display subsystems within the Navy strategic command and control system during the next one to three years, and the description of problem areas affecting display subsystems which require additional research effort. This report contains general recommendations affecting all of the thirteen command headquarters studied as well as recommendations applicable to each individual command. (Author)
