PLATO ANTI-MISSILE MISSILE PROGRAM TWO-DIMENSIONAL MAXIMUM LIKELIHOOD ESTIMATORS.

Abstract

This report deals with problem of estimating the azimuthal and elevation angles of a target from the signal returns received, as the acquisition radar antenna scans past the target. The statistical method of maximum likelihood will be used to estimate the two angle parameters. (Author)
