PREPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF NF PREPOLYMER PROPELLANTS.

Abstract

The development of a prepolymer technique for preparation of NFPA propellants is described. Included are discussions of the types of prepolymers that have been considered, prepolymer preparation and characterization, propellant processing, and propellant evaluation. Emphasis is placed on aspects of the program which directly involve the prepolymer, rather than on general properties of NF propellants as a whole. (Author)
