FEASIBILITY DEMONSTRATION OF ADVANCED ATTITUDE CONTROL SYSTEMS.

Abstract

Propellant performance, thrust chamber cooling analyses, a material compatibility test program, optimization of an ambient temperature storage system, and a supercritical storage system, thrust chamber and injector designs, and a bipropellant valve design were accomplished for Task 1, Stored Reactive Gas Attitude Control System. Thrust chamber cooling analyses, system design parameters and analysis, component design parameters and analyses, and initiation of a test installation were accomplished for Task 2, Attitude Control System Using Main Propulsion System Propellants.
