RESEARCH IN FLUORO-NITRO COMPOUNDS.

Abstract

During the past year, work was continued on studies of the reactions of difluoramine and on direct fluorination of nitrogenous compounds in solution with the objective of synthesizing new types of high-energy NF compounds. Chemical and physical properties of new compounds were examined. Work was also continued on the preparation, isolation, and characterization of fluoroammonium salts. (Author)
