RAT SCAT CROSS SECTION MEASUREMENTS OF 017-2, ROCKET EXHAUST PLUMES

Abstract

Static radar cross section data of plumes from small liquid and solid propellant rocket motors were obtained at RAT SCAT, Air Force Missile Development Center, Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico. A total of 42 monostatic measurements were made at UHF and upper L-band frequencies.
