BASIC CHEMICAL RESEARCH FOR ADVANCED STORABLE LIQUID OXIDIZERS.

Abstract

The ultimate goal of this project was the synthesis of advanced storable liquid oxidizers. The specific object of this report is to present results of basic oxidizer research carried out by the low temperature matrix isolation and gas phase electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) techniques.
