RESEARCH IN FLUORO-NITRO COMPOUNDS.
Abstract
The following phases of the program were completed and the work was assembled in the form of manuscripts: (1) Reaction of Acetylenes with Difluoramine, (2) Aqueous Fluorination of Nitronate Salts, (3) Reactions of Aryldiazonium Fluoborates With Isopropyl N-Fluorocarbamate and With Difluoramine, (4) Reactions of Chloroolefins With Difluoramine, and (5) Reactions of Nitro and Nitroso Compounds With Difluoramine. Unsuccessful attempts were made to develop a general synthesis method for 1,1-bis(difluoramino)-1-fluoroalkanes. (Author)
