LESSONS LEARNED, HEADQUARTERS, 9TH LOGISTICAL COMMAND

Abstract

The 9th Logistical Command underwent a significant reorganization on 1 April 1967. The 40th Military Police Battalion with its subordinate units was reassigned from 9th Log Command to USARSUPTHAI. Developments of the logistical base at Korat and the port facilities at Sattahip continued. Additional units were deployed in February, March and April to provide additional supply and transportation capabilities. In addition, several units were moved to improve security and operations.
