Lessons Learned, Headquarters, 55th Medical Group

Abstract

A total of 873 Army personnel were admitted to the 2nd Surgical Hospital for definitive treatment during the quarter. Six hundred and forty-six were returned to duty, and 252 were transferred to other in-country facilities. In addition, 78 indigenous personnel were admitted for life or limb saving procedures which could not be performed at Vietnamese medical facilities.
