DICANNE/DIMUS, Sea Trial.
Abstract
The initial sea test of the Marine Physical Laboratory's DICANNE (Digital Interference Cancelling Adaptive Null Network Equipment) signal processing equipment was carried out in May of 1968. Instrumentation for the test included a pair of companion DIMUS beamformers which were used to compare pre-null and post-null signal-to-noise ratios. A description of the experimental hardware is followed by a discussion of the results of the test. (Author)
