Anti-Corrosion Protection of Mobile Tanks for Petroleum Products.

Abstract

Various preparations for the fuel-resistant and atmospheric-resistant coatings were tested under laboratory conditions. A processing technique for the anti-corrosion protection of the inner surfaces of tanks using oil-resistant and fuel resistant coatings of either hot-dried or natu rally-dried paints and lacquers was developed. This technique is simple, does not require the use of complex equipment, and can be carried out in any plant. (Author)
