THE SELECTION OF VARACTOR DIODES FOR A 2X MULTIPLIER

Abstract

A simplified procedure is presented for the selection of varactor diodes in frequency multiplier design. Graphs are presented that enable the circuit designer to select the proper diode to fulfill the design objective.
