INVESTIGATION OF THE CONDUCTION MECHANISM IN INSULATING SOLIDS

Abstract

The research was essentially concentrated on two main problems. The first is a fairly detailed study of the transport of electrons and holes in CdS crystals and its temperature dependence. The second is an investigation of the hole transport in orthorhombic S crystals and of some of their optical properties.
