FEASIBILITY INVESTIGATION OF CHEMICALLY SPRAYED THIN FILM PHOTOVOLTAIC CONVERTERS

Abstract

Applied research was conducted to obtain experimental data which will demonstrate the feasibility of fabricating a thin film photovoltaic converter, using a chemical spray process, and if feasibility is shown, to extend the research to the problems of fabricating a large-area thinfilm flexible solar cell array.
