LINEAR SIGNAL PROCESSING THEORY AND MEASUREMENTS

Abstract

A time-varying random linear system model is hypothesized for the communication mediu. The fundamental parameters and analysis techniques for the linear system are described, and applied in a multiple alternative communication mode with Rayleigh fading. A comparison of several receiver types is then effected. Some measurement limitations and shortcomings are indicated.
