SOVIET RUSSIAN SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL TERMS. A SELECTIVE LIST

Abstract

Generally speaking, those terms are included which cannot be found in standard dictionaries, or which have a special meaning when used in a particular field. A number of frequently used and important abbreviations have also been incorporated. For the sake of clarity, abbreviated glosses have been added in parentheses to many English translations to indicate the fields to which the terms belong.
