COMPARATIVE EVALUATION OF VARIOUS BEVERAGES DURING PROLONGED OBSERVATION UNDER NONWORKING CONDITIONS,

Abstract

Research, undertaken to evaluate different beverages after prolonged observation both under plant working conditions and in a hospital, re vealed some peculiarities of water-salt metab olism, tissue hydrophilia, and changes in indices of hemodynamics. We feel justified on the basis of it in recommending cherry water as a new beverage for workers in hot shops because it is superior to salted water in several respects. (Author)
