THE SIGNIFICANCE OF PHONO-, VECTOR- AND BALLISTO CARDIOGRAPHY IN THE COMPLEX INVESTIGATION OF MITRAL LESIONS OF THE HEART,

Abstract

Results are presented of combined studies of 58 patients with mitral lesions. It is concluded that combined studies which yield interdependent findings are of great importance in the diagnostic investigation of lesions of the heart, and have definite advantages over individual studied, es pecially in cases in which, for one or another reason, a number -the typical traits of pre dominant stenosis in the mitral valve are lost.
