APPLICATION OF LASERS IN THE BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES

Abstract

This report is devoted to applications of the laser in the fields of the biological sciences and provides semitechnical descriptions of recent advances in the fields of engineering and physics so that biologists and biophysicists may acquaint themselves with new techniques and instrumentation which will prove useful to them in the pursuit of their research activities. An extensive bibliography and references are included.
