HIGH POWER SEMICONDUCTOR PHASE SHIFTING DEVICES

Abstract

A high average power L band step phase shifter was tested. Measurements of a step phase shifter using a strip line hybrid coupler were made to determine the peak power capability as a function of the number of degrees of phase shift obtained. An iterative loaded transmission line type of phase shifter is proposed in coax line at S band.
