THE SOLUTION OF BOUNDARY LAYER EQUATIONS BY THE DIFFERENCE METHOD

Abstract

In this article the methods and results of the numerical solution of the system of equations of a two-dimensional steady-state boundary layer on a plate are presented. The examined method can be applied in the particular case of a homogeneous incompressible fluid and in the general case of a multi- component compressible gas taking into account heat transfer and diffusion.
