MOBILE CONTROL CENTERS, THE ADAPTABILITY OF GROUND EFFECT MACHINES AND EXISTING GROUND VEHICLES,

Abstract

A cursory look has been taken at ground effect machines and ground vehicle development and production. Purpose of this look was to see if presently developed units could be adapted for use as mobile control centers. At the same time, standard weapons effects data have been calculated and checked out as to what they mean to vehicle characteristics and to Control Center criteria.
