FURTHER STUDIES OF IODINE ATOM RECOMBINATION.

Abstract

An interpretation of the results on iodine atom recombination in nitric oxide is given, which makes possible the separate determination of the equilibrium constant K and the rate constant of the reaction I NOI NO I2. Further ex perimental work on this reaction is reported and the construction of a new improved flash photolysis apparatus is described. (Author)
