PSYCHOACOUSTIC SPEECH TESTS: A MODIFIED RHYME TEST

Abstract

A multiple choice, easily scored speech test has been developed and evaluated. The speech intelligibility scores obtained with this test remain consistent for a given communication system when tested nearly daily for a period of one month using enlisted personnel as test listeners.
