PRODUCTION ENGINEERING MEASURE TO INVESTIGATE PROPERTIES OF INDIUM ANTIMONIDE AND TO PROVIDE 801-C6 INFRARED DETECTORS.

Abstract

The properties of photoconductive indium anti monide are studied. Work is in three distinct phases. The first phase consists of work per formed from start to shipment of the second group of engineering samples. The second phase is a pre-production phase in which finalized plans and processes are determined in preparation for the production run. The third phase is performance of the production run. (Author)
