PRESSURE MEASUREMENTS IN THE SUPERSONIC REGION OF THE TERRIer guided missile booster, mark 12 MOD 0 (X-240) EXHAUST STREAM

Abstract

Measurements of stagnation pressure were made in the supersonic region of the exhaust stream of the TERRIER Guided Missile Booster MARK 12 MOD 0 (X-240). Forty static booster firings were utilized in obtaining the measurements. The results of the pressure measurements are given in tabular form and in contour plots extending to an axial distance of twenty-nine feet down stream of the nozzle exit. (Author)
