RADIATION FOR A CHARGED PARTICLE AT OBLIQUE INCIDENCE,

Abstract

The transition radiation is investigated, which is emitted by a charged particle in uniform straight motion, obliquely incident on a thin conducting film, separating two media with dif ferent refractive index. General formulas are given. Three particular cases are examined in detail. (Author)
