A NEW APPROACH TO MEASUREMENT OF DIPOLE MOMENT,

Abstract

In the method introduced here interpolations, rather than extrapolations, are used, and the value obtained in solution for dipole moment is apparently the same as that in the gas phase, within the experimental error of measurements of the latter. The chief reason for inability to make a definite statement here is the discordant data for dipole moments. (Author)
