SMALL SCALE DIFFUSER STUDIES,

Abstract

A complete description and analysis of a small scale cold-flow diffuser model study are reported. The work was performed to provide a basis for a full-scale high-altitude simulator design for the POLARIS A3 second-stage engine diffuser. Data and results of the small-scale tests are pre sented and an empirical design approach is outlined. (Author)
