RESEARCH IN PLASMA AND MAGNETOHYDRODYNAMICS.

Abstract

The research reported here involves theoretical and experimental work in five major areas: (1) Electromagnetic Radiation from a Dipole in an Anisotropic Plasma, (2) Plasma Diagnostics, (3) Modified P.I.G. Discharge Hot Plasma Source, (4) Plasma Parametric Amplifier, (5) Measurements of Thermal Radiation from a Highly Ionized Current Carrying Plasma. The results of these investi gations are reviewed briefly. (Author)
