TABULATED PRESSURE DATA FOR A SERIES OF CIRCULAR, ANNULAR JET GROUND EFFECT MACHINE MODELS,

Abstract

Wind tunnel testing was conducted on nine circu lar, annular jet, ground effect machine models. The effects of slot width, convergence angle of the jet and operating height on the dynamic per formance of this type of vehicle were inspected. Slot thickness to model diameter ratios of one, five and ten per cent were tested utilizing con vergence angles of O, 30 and 60 degrees. Ac companying this report are the tabulated pressure data for each slot width and convergence angle in 6 volumes. (Author)
