TABULATED FORCE AND MOMENT DATA FOR A SERIES OF CIRCULAR, ANNULAR JET GROUND EFFECT MACHINE MODELS

Abstract

Wind tunnel were conducted on 9 circular, annular jet, ground effect machine models. The effects of slot width, convergence angle of the jet and operating height on the dynamic performance of this type of vehicle were inspected. Slot thickness to model diameter ratios of 1, 5, and 10% were tested utilizing convergence angles of 0, 30 and 60 degrees.
