THOR PROJECT

Abstract

The Thor project provides technical assistance to all programs utilizing the LR79 engine system. These programs include Delta and Agena. The program differences require constant cognizance of test programs, test plans, engine performance and acceptance history, engine and vehicle configuration, technical manuals and data, AGE uti lization and capabilities, malfunctions and component failures, flight performance and abnormalities, for the effect on all programs. This report is the fourth in a series of monthly reports concerning the progress and status of Thor. It pertains to work performed during July 1963.
