THE COMPARATIVE VALIDITY OF MANPOWER PREDICTION TECHNIQUES

Abstract

This report presents the results of a research effort within the personnel subsystems area conducted ascertain the validity of various manpower prediction techniques. The report consists of a literature survey including bibliography listings and annotations; a state-of-the-art summary based on the literature survey; and plans and recommendations for future research in the specific area of manpower prediction.
