ARMY COST MODEL PROGRAMMERS' REFERENCE MANUAL,

Abstract

This Memorandum presents detailed information, which, in addition ot the program listing, is necessary to programmers working with the Army Cost Model. The Army Cost Model is programmed in the language of the RAND-SOS Operating System for the IBM 7090, operating under the control of the MocDonald Monitor. Machine operating instructions are also included. The program documentation analysis is presented, providing facility to alter the program, effect major reprogramming, or trace the program's flow. The bulk of the Memorandum is in the Appendices, which cross-reference the assembly listing, outline the various routines, present the input sheets and examples of the output format, and provide flow charts of routines.
