Abstract

Presented is a review and analysis of research programs dealing with the ground effect phenom ena. The work of each of the contractors is briefly discussed and observations and recom mendations to the Ad Hoc Steering Group for the Review and Analysis of the Ground Effect Phenom enon are included.
