PANEL FLUTTER SURVEY AND DESIGN CRITERIA,
Abstract
The assignmentthering data on in-flight incidences of panel flutter was undertaken for the purpose of improving the state-of-the-art. The following report presents the results of this survey including the data compilation, reduction, presentation, tentative suggested criteria, pres ent state-of-the-art evaluation and suggestions for additional panel flutter research required to satisfy current and future industry needs.
