PREPARATION AND DIELECTRIC PROPERTIES OF A MULTICOMPONENT METALLIC OXIDE FILM,

Abstract

A new method for the deposition of amorphous and coherent films of Ba, Ti and Sr oxide is discussed. Details of preparation, deposition, and methods of electrical and structural analysis are given. The data indicate that the films are suitable for electronic application; it is suggested how the films may be further improved. (Author)
