NON-LINEAR BENDING OF AN ANNULAR PLATE, II. INTEGRATION OF REISSNER'S AND VON KARMAN'S EQUATIONS,

Abstract

Concern is with the equilibrium of a thin annular plate bent out of its initial plane by transverse edge forces. The results of integrating the governing non-linear differential equations of Reissner are compared with the results of integrating von Karman's equations for this problem. (Author)
