State-of-the-art technology regarding the dynamic behavior of non- metallic materials and structures is reviewed in sixty conference papers. Topics covered include: loading and testing of the materials and structures under a variety of stress conditions (blasts, shocks, vibrations, thermal, strain, high velocity impacts, compression properties, etc.), and impact, spallation, and fracture resistance of materials.
